Files from Flickr user Freedom House

• File:Women sit next to a graffiti that reads "Syria is free" at Taghyeer (Change) Square, Sanaa.jpg – non-free Reuters photo by Khaled Abdullah according to metadata
• File:Hama Massacre.jpg – according to Google, this is not a photo of the Hama massacre but rather the Deir Yassin massacre; not the uploader's work
• File:Hama Massacre1.jpg – as above; not the Hama massacre, and obviously not the Flickr user's work to license. There is not enough information to establish any possible PD status.

Freedom House (some random Syrian citizen with no relation to Freedom House) is uploading what is clearly other people's work, and as such, cannot issue valid licenses. The account is listed at User:FlickreviewR/bad-authors since March, so the Flickr upload bot was obviously malfunctioning when it uploaded these files in July and August. Once again: The Freedom House Flickr account (used by some random person with no relation to Freedom House) is used to upload nothing but copyright violations grabbed from various news agencies. The account is listed at Commons:Questionable Flickr images and User:FlickreviewR/bad-authors for a reason. Files from that account should not be uploaded to Commons (and license reviewers should not accept licenses from the account). —LX (talk, contribs) 18:23, 3 January 2016 (UTC)
