The flickr source http://www.flickr.com/photos/71131533@N05/ is an flickr account operated by uploader User:DiscountDoubleCheckFan for the purpose of license laundering.

Not included in this discussion is File:Marquette University Law School Library.jpg and File:Eckstein Hall, Marquette University Law School.png which is already identified as a copyright violation and flickrwash. Not included is File:Bud Selig at Marquette University Law School.png which is not from flickr but it worth to clearify from what video that file is taken from.

The flickr source http://www.flickr.com/photos/71131533@N05/ is a legitimate account, used to provide further promotion of photographs from [MU Architect]. Photographs from this Flickr account are usable on Wikimedia Commons and are not appropriate for deletion.



Each of the following photographs are fully permissible for placement on Wikimedia Commons, and not appropriate for deletion:

You will need MU Architect or the Uni to email OTRS permission and to state that the Flickr account is indeed theirs. We have had fake flickr accounts which contain copyrighted photographs created by copyright violaters who find new ways on getting copyrighted photos on to Commons. Deleted: It's clear with the actions of the editor (and IP) that they do not have the permission since any organisation would send the permission when asked and would upload direct on Commons rather using then Flickr.
