All files Flickrwashing via https://www.flickr.com/photos/44786047@N04/ (all files uploaded 02.2015), uploaded on same day by Negavéia (talk · contributions · Statistics), considering User talk:Negavéia. All files most likely grabbed originally somewhere from Facebook. Please blacklist this Flickr user. Eventually related: blocked Badtrip1900 (talk · contributions · Statistics).

Unlikely to be own work: small/inconsistent (Facebook) resolutions, missing EXIF, per COM:PRP, considering User talk:Negavéia, the deletion request above (Flickrwasher), File:Monumento, símbolo e hino.jpg (where in the file history is hidden a copyrighted work via http://www.panoramio.com/photo/59682441, 2011, CC BY-ND 3.0 by " Enio Prado ") and File:Troféu Campeão Interior 2015.jpg. his latest upload some days ago— copyvioed from official site of Brazilian football club pt:Associação Atlética Ponte Preta where uploader is mostly working. IMHO enough criminal energy demonstrated. File:Medalha do Centenário AAPP 1900-2000.jpg (a collage of a medal published in 2000 by the above club) may be additionally copyrighted (design) by other reasons.

For File:Paineiras clube AAPP.jpg I assumed "good faith" via Commons:Deletion requests/File:Paineiras clube AAPP.jpg in 03.2015 but in fact the uploader only added some pixels/resized the photo, but meta data are still missing. The good faith is now consumed to zero but if the uploader is able to upload all his Facebook size images in significantly higher res with consistent meta data I could change my impression.

Boa tarde Gunnex. Gostaria de saber o porque mais uma vez, colocou minhas imagens para proposta de eliminação. Praticamente todas as fotos estão no cartão de memória da minha câmera pessoal ou celular, não vejo motivos pra isso. Esta ficando uma coisa chata e repetitiva essa atitude sua de sempre propor as imagens para eliminação. (mesmo as atuais que são de minha autoria e estão em domínio publico, justamente por eu não ter intenção nenhuma de dificultar o compartilhamento delas)

As imagens File:Onibus da ponte.jpg, File:Torcida da Ponte Campeonato Paulista 2014.jpg, File:Ponte x santos Paulistão 2015.jpg, File:Paineiras clube AAPP.jpg, File:Torcida da Ponte em dia de jogo.jpg, tenho ainda no computador e cartão de memória e redimensionei todas para melhor apresentação no Wiki Commons. Se quiser posto todas em tamanho original. Quanto as outras são fotos mais antigas e só tenho em pastas no computador mesmo, mas assumo que são todas de minha autoria, inclusive sendo postadas em outras redes sociais e que foram se "espalhando" sem nenhuma restrição minha. Meu interesse e intenção é apenas acrescentar novas informações e fatos para evoluir a página (que por sinal estava "sucateada"). Mas quando ver que não estão sendo compreendidas assim, vou para de contribuir e deixar de lado, assim quem sabe outras pessoas não terão o direito de contribuir como eu gostaria. "Se quiser posto todas em tamanho original." --> sim, mas somente com dados da câmera digital (EXIF) usada originalmente "in significantly higher res with consistent meta data". File:Troféu Campeão Interior 2015.jpg, carregado por você em 16.10.2015, publicado anteriormente via http://pontepreta.com.br/noticias-detalhe/trofeu (05.2015) = http://pontepreta.com.br/conteudo/noticias/grande/20150506_trofeu_APP.jpg (última modificação: 05.2015), foi sua obra também? E os casos de Flickrwashing mostrados acima? Seu nome alternativo também é "Marcos Ribolli" quando robou a foto daqui via File:Torcida da Ponte no Majestoso.jpg... ou é "Edson Juliano" quando roubou a foto File:Teodoro Ponte Preta.png daqui? Ou será que é "Christian Tavares do Nascimento" roubando a foto File:Gorilão - Ponte Preta.jpg? Por gentileza podia apresentar explicações para estes casos também? Em relação a File:Memorial da Ponte Preta.jpg, que me parece sendo um captura de ecrã, quero ver o vídeo no seu total.
