What makes me request admin status is that I'm involved in this project with an experience with image licensing questions in France about for example buildings, and year after year, Wikimedia Commons policies, guidelines... Younger, I uploaded numerous quality images and helped projects, categorization... Older, I would really like to make more effort here with all necessary caution.
