Commons:Bots/Work requests
This is a page for requesting work to be done by a bot. This is an appropriate place to simply put ideas for bots. However be aware of various tools available to all users which can be used to accomplish the work without the need for a bot:

Template documentation talk pages[edit]
Please can someone's bot redirect all red-linked talk pages of template dementation subpages, to the corresponding template talk pages, if the latter exist?
For example Template talk:Published/doc to Template talk:Published.
The task then needs to be added to the chores of a daily, weekly or monthly maintenance bot.
This is, for example, done routinely on en.Wikipedia, without issue, and helps to avoid new issues from being raised on the little-watched subpages. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 15:06, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
WikiLoves Earth Wales[edit]
Good morning everybody! I'm one of the organisers of WLEarth (Wales) this year. A batch of > 343 images needs the following template: {{Wiki Loves Earth 2023|gb-wls}} please. The images are in Category:Nature of Wales. If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful. Many thanks! PS Here's an example.
- NOW NOT NEEDED. THANKS! Llywelyn2000 (talk) 08:30, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
